董保華
董保華先生現(xiàn)任上海交通大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,中國法學(xué)會(huì)社會(huì)法研究會(huì)副會(huì)長、中國勞動(dòng)法學(xué)研究會(huì)副會(huì)長、中國勞動(dòng)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事、上海市勞動(dòng)學(xué)會(huì)勞動(dòng)法專業(yè)委員會(huì)主任委員、上海市法學(xué)會(huì)勞動(dòng)法研究會(huì)主任委員、上海市勞動(dòng)和社會(huì)保障學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長、上海市保華律師事務(wù)所律師、華東政法大學(xué)勞動(dòng)法律服務(wù)中心主任等職務(wù)。曾參與《中華人民共和國勞動(dòng)法》、《上海市勞動(dòng)合同條例》等法律法規(guī)的論證和起草工作。是勞動(dòng)合同法大討論中南方觀點(diǎn)的主要代表者。
董教授1987年開始從事勞動(dòng)法學(xué)研究以來,公開發(fā)表有關(guān)勞動(dòng)法律方面的論著約900萬字,出版著作30余本,在法學(xué)、勞動(dòng)科學(xué)方面國家級(jí)的核心期刊上發(fā)表的論文100余篇并有近40篇被人大復(fù)印資料全文轉(zhuǎn)載。同時(shí),還主持或參與幾十項(xiàng)司法部或上海市有關(guān)部門的研究課題并多次獲獎(jiǎng)。參與了美國、荷蘭、加拿大等10多項(xiàng)各類國際項(xiàng)目的主持與實(shí)施。
董保華先生作為律師已經(jīng)職業(yè)22年,善于處理勞動(dòng)法領(lǐng)域各類疑難案件。同時(shí),擔(dān)任強(qiáng)生、家樂福、巴斯夫、路易威登、通用汽車、百事食品、中化國際、中國電信、中冶寶鋼等幾十家跨國公司和社會(huì)機(jī)構(gòu)的法律顧問。董教授還經(jīng)常應(yīng)邀參加全國范圍內(nèi)各級(jí)法院及社會(huì)其他階層的講座,對(duì)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系中所產(chǎn)生的疑難問題給予深刻的剖析、指導(dǎo),具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性。
