許盛華先生擁有十多年國外著名企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)及人力資源管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),先后任樂百氏(達(dá)能集團(tuán))全國培訓(xùn)經(jīng)理(2005)、澳大利亞奇勝電器集團(tuán)培訓(xùn)經(jīng)理(2002-2004)、芬蘭通力電梯有限公司培訓(xùn)經(jīng)理(1997-2002)并兼任亞太培訓(xùn)經(jīng)理,負(fù)責(zé)建立并完善了公司的培訓(xùn)及發(fā)展體系。2001年,作為通力公司在亞太區(qū)的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)理,培訓(xùn)了通力在臺(tái)灣,香港,馬來西亞等地的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)理并幫助在當(dāng)?shù)亟⒘讼鄳?yīng)的培訓(xùn)體系。
